# Delayed Start

Delayed Start allows you to block a specific number of initial transitions in a flow. For example, if you notice that the first 10-15 transitions in your traffic source are from moderators and antivirus bots, you can set a delayed start for 20 transitions (slightly more just to be sure), meaning you send them to a white page.

Please note that this feature only works when the flow is in "Filter" mode. This can be convenient if you are running multiple advertising campaigns and cannot or do not want to monitor each one to switch the flow from "Moderation" to "Filter" mode in a timely manner.

Delayed Start has three modes, which differ in the logic of the transition counter:

• All: The counter counts all transitions.
• Money: The counter counts only target transitions, those that would pass all other filters (except for the JS fingerprint filter) to reach the content.
• Safe: The counter counts only non-target transitions, those blocked by any of the other filters.
